Localized short segment disease involving right common iliac artery.
Peripheral Artery Disease involving multiple levels, involving both common iliac arteries and both femoral arteries.
Severely diffuse atherosclerosis disease, involving almost all peripheral arteries.

Most common symptoms of PAD is limb claudication that is pain while walking. The most serious problem with PAD is gangrene that is blackish discoloration of the distal limb which suggest death of the tissue.
